Give me the info…
This is an eight-week block which is designed to give you further insight into the world of jewellery making. Level Two sessions are consecutive weekly classes each lasting three hours. A step up from Level One, the learned techniques become more advanced and complex but also more fun! The block is split into two, with the first four weeks spent learning next-level jewellery techniques, then for the next four weeks, you will be supported in creating your own jewellery pieces. Go you!
You will then have the option to move on to Levels Three and Four later in the year. You got this!
Can I do this class?
Of course you can! Maybe you’ve been through our Level One course or studied somewhere else and don’t need to go over the basics. This is the block class for you. It is your destiny.
What happens?
Make a Pair of Statement Earrings
Enamelling Taster Session
Water Casting
Etching
Do I need to bring anything?
We will email you our Level Two Manual ahead of the class, please bring this digitally or printed out. Also a sketchbook or something for taking notes etc.
You don’t need to bring anything with you as we will provide all equipment needed plus the materials for the first four weeks. Everyone will have their own bench with access to all the tools required to make jewellery. For your own projects, we always discuss your plans thoroughly and where to find everything you will need to complete them.
Please wear long hair tied up [or bring something to do so], don’t wear open-toed shoes and keep loose-fitting clothing to a minimum.
If you need glasses to see things close up, please bring them with you. Making jewellery is fiddly!
Who is teaching me?
One of our fantastic tutors will show you the ropes. They are a great bunch who are super passionate about teaching, you’ll love them! We guarantee it!
